Spin the Wheel Rules

  1. Eligibility
The giveaway event is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the giveaway event sponsor, and their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to participate.
  1. How to Enter
Participants can enter the giveaway event by visiting the giveaway page on the sponsor's website and completing the spin the wheel pop-up form. Each person can only participate once.
  1. Prizes
The prizes for the giveaway event are discount codes and pairs of sneakers. If the user wins a discount code, it is actually a combination of 3 different codes: (1) $20 off at a minimum purchase of $120, and (2) two $15 off at a minimum purchase of ¥300. These codes are only for new customers, and cannot be combined. All codes will have an expiration date of 14 days from receipt.
If the user wins a pair of sneakers, the sponsor will contact the winner to ask for their sizes and shipping information. The sneakers will be shipped within 14-18 days of receipt of this information.
  1. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway event period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  1. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the giveaway event end date. If a winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  1. General Conditions
The giveaway event sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway event at any time for any reason. The sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or errors that may occur during the giveaway event. By participating in the giveaway event, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the sponsor.
  1. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the giveaway event, participants agree to release and hold harmless the giveaway event sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway event or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway event; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone, or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the giveaway event or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant's participation in the giveaway event or receipt or use of any prize.
  1. Governing Law
The giveaway event is governed by the laws of the State of HK, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from the giveaway event shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in HONGKONG.
By participating in the giveaway event, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions, as well as the additional terms that apply to the discount codes.
